Bra Tenero d'Alpeggio Dop

We produce this cheese with raw mountain milk from our cows so that it may wear the prestigious green label of Alpine production. We process the whole milk so that the paste can keep its peculiar softness and roundness. It is left to mature longer in order to satisfy the palates of those who savour the full development of its aromatic components, consisting in notes of cooked milk and melted butter. Thus, our Bra Tenero d’Alpeggio derives, being pleasantly delicate and fragrant, able to awaken the senses of those who enjoy historic mountain and natural sensations.

We choose to age our forms of Bra Tenero DOP in our grotto for no less than 60 days. Always serve at room temperature. Store in a cool location. Once cut, it is important that the paste does not dry out.

Ingredients: raw cow’s milk, salt, rennet.
